1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
The product should be in resalable condition as received.
Returns are accepted only for size issues, defective, or wrong items delivered.
Customized or altered products are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Products purchased during sale or discount offers.
Accessories, innerwear, or nightwear (for hygiene reasons).
Customized orders made on special request.
3. Return / Exchange Process
Raise a request through our website or email us at info@anayarika.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
Mention your Order ID, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
Our team will verify your request and arrange for reverse pickup (where available).
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 working days.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used during the purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be provided via bank transfer or store credit.
Shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
If the product fails quality inspection, it will be shipped back to the customer without refund.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for size or color (subject to stock availability).
If the requested size/color is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued as per your preference.
6. Important Notes
Please ensure proper packaging of the return parcel to avoid damage in transit.
Reverse pickup may not be available in certain areas; in such cases, customers may be requested to ship the item themselves.
Anayarika reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges if the product does not meet our return conditions.
